About me:
I started my career in the hospitality business in 1986 and later transitioned into the corporate world. For me, this was a wonderful combination and enrichment of my professional experience.
In 2001, I founded Ernica as a practice for mediation, conflict resolution, and coaching.
At the heart of my work are people – whether as individuals, couples, or teams. Helping people bring out the best in themselves, rediscover and renew relationships, regain confidence, restore family bonds, process emotions and experiences, and find balance are central to my approach.
Through the right challenges and motivation, quality of life can be improved and personal growth achieved.
During my career in the hospitality sector, I experienced firsthand the challenges and dynamics on the work floor. From a management position, I quickly realized that teams consist of people with very different personalities, and that collaboration can become far more effective and pleasant with the right guidance.
With support, motivation, respect, acceptance, collegiality, and appreciation, conflicts can be prevented or resolved, and teamwork can greatly improve.
The same applies in the corporate world and within international organizations: working relationships, attitudes toward colleagues and clients, and overall workplace culture are often influenced by ingrained habits. These habits are not always immediately visible, but they do affect atmosphere and productivity.
As a mediator and conflict resolution specialist, I support teams, organizations, and individuals in addressing hidden tensions and restoring collaboration. My approach is neutral, structured, and result-oriented, ensuring that conflicts do not escalate and that durable, workable solutions are achieved.
